FIFA has received more than 1.5 million ticket applications from fans across 210 countries in the first 24 hours of its presale draw for the 2026 World Cup. The tournament—hosted by the USA, Canada, and Mexico—has an expanded format with 48 teams competing in 104 matches.
The largest numbers of applications came from the United States, Mexico, Canada, followed by countries including Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, England, Spain, Portugal, and Germany. Dunya News
