New Petroleum Rates Announced

The government has announced new prices for petroleum products, effective for the next 15 days. Petrol price remains unchanged, but diesel has become more expensive.
According to the Ministry of Finance, petrol will continue to be sold at Rs. 264.61 per litre. However, diesel price has increased by Rs. 2.78 per litre, bringing its new price to Rs. 272.77 per litre. Hamariweb.com
These new rates take effect from midnight tonight.
